Our first pilot is live

A milestone we’ve been working toward for months: our first design partner is live on the platform, with real purchasing and logistics data flowing in.

What we did

We connected to their procurement system, mapped spend to emission factors, and within a day had a first-pass Scope 3 estimate broken down by category and supplier.

Seeing a real company’s footprint light up for the first time was the moment this stopped feeling like a prototype and started feeling like a product.

What surprised us

• A handful of suppliers accounted for most of the footprint — the classic 80/20.
• The biggest blockers weren’t technical; they were about data access and trust.
• Customers want actions, not just a number. That’s shaping our roadmap.

What’s next

We’re turning these learnings into our first “reduction recommendations” feature. We’ll share screenshots (and hopefully some real reductions) in a future update.
